Elliott has grown up in Dubai and has been passionate about swimming from a very young age. He started swimming at squad level at the age of 11. He also enjoys playing water polo for his school and has always loved competing at events of all kinds including swim competitions at Hamdan. His love for the sport translates into a strong passion for teaching and developing young swimmers.

In addition to his swimming experience, he has  teaching experience outside the pool, including tutoring and assistant coaching at school.

• 2025 STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming
• 2025 STA Level 2 Safety Award for Teachers
• 2025 ⁠HSI First Aid, CPR and AED
