]]> With a background and degree in nursing Vivienne is great at genuinely caring for all of our clients. Soft spoken, kind and always solution focused she has been a great addition to our strong administration team! She has three years of customer service experience in Dubai where she worked with a multi sports camp; so she is used to helping parents and kids as well as organizing lots of different schedules.

Vivienne is working alongside Irish and helping to manage all of the make up lessons, new bookings and schedues with a smile! She’s even taken up swimming herself so you might see her in the water attending one of our Level 1 adult classes.

With years of Administration experience at major hotel chains, Irish knows a thing or two about bookings, make up classes, scheduling changes and being there to help resolve a customer issue.

She understands our systems inside and out and is our ‘go to girl’ for any changes or system issues. But first and foremost, she always has the customer’s interests at heart. You may see her on the pool deck welcoming you to your lesson, and don’t be surprised when she knows every child’s name and level off by heart!
