With years of Administration experience at major hotel chains, Irish knows a thing or two about bookings, make up classes, scheduling changes and being there to help resolve a customer issue.

She understands our systems inside and out and is our ‘go to girl’ for any changes or system issues. But first and foremost, she always has the customer’s interests at heart. You may see her on the pool deck welcoming you to your lesson, and don’t be surprised when she knows every child’s name and level off by heart!
