Our Urban Swim Academy swim program is interactive, fun and builds confidence and skills in the water. We offer classes for babies, kids, squads and adults.

Development Gold & Performance swimmers focus on perfecting skills but at the same time preparing them with the challenges of competitive swimming such as stamina, speed, power and getting the swimmers used to well thought out swim sets that will challenge them to push themselves. Sessions are 1.5hrs long with a thorough warm up, intro set, main set and cool down, each session is roughly between 3.5-4kms.
All our squad swimmers are encouraged to attend swim competitions.
Our home school program is designed for children have flexibility during the school day to do their swim lessons with other children also enrolled in home school programs. We offer a discount for children for this program doing lessons at off peak times.
Our next Jebel Ali School ECA Program will runs 2nd September to 15th December 2024. ECA classes are for Jebel Ali School students only. Children below Year 3 need to be collected from class by their caregiver and brought to the pool for child safeguarding reasons. ECA classes start at 2:30PM and 2:35PM.
Our next Dwight School Dubai ECA program will run 26th August to 15th December 2024. ECA Classes are for Dwight School Dubai students only. ECA classes start at 2:15PM and 3:45PM.

Our Greenfield International School ECA program will run 2nd September to 15th December 2024. ECA Classes are for Greenfield International School students only. ECA classes start at 2:15PM (PreK and KG1) and 3:15PM (Primary).

Our adult program is designed for every swimmer. From the complete beginner who is just getting comfortable putting their face in the water right through to the performance swimmer training for a triathlon. Our classes are structured so that whatever group you join, you will be paired with swimmers of similar ability.

The next LTS1 gala will be 9th November at Greenfield International School (DIP).
This Learn to swim gala is for our Level 2 Tadpole, and Level 3 Seahorse Program. This will be an opportunity for children to showcase the skills they have learnt in a fun environment. There will be swimming skills ‘races’ as well as some fun events.

The next Squad gala will be January 2025 at Jebel Ali School (Damac Hills).
Squad galas are for our Pre-Squad and all Squad Levels up to Performance Program. This is an afternoon of racing in a fun practice learning environment. Recorded race times can be used for entering external galas.

Do you want to have fun? Do you want to challenge yourself? From beginners to fast and furious swimmers, there are races for you, and lots of cheers and support from all! Join us!
Do you want to be a mermaid? Classes include underwater swimming, dolphin kicks, flips, tricks, bubble kisses. Bring your own tail or use one of ours. For ages 7+
Next sessions scheduled for December 2024 at LFJM School. Get your next set of badges towards the STA Junior Lifeguard Certificate. For starfish level swimmers ages 8+. This is a survival and rescue training program featuring: lifeguarding skills, first aid, distance, sports skills.
