At Urban Swim Academy, we believe swimming is a life skill that can make a lasting difference. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional swim education rooted in safety, human connection and technical excellence.

Working with us means being part of a growing, supportive team where quality matters, ideas are welcomed and there are opportunities to learn and develop. Whether poolside or behind the scenes, every role contributes to helping swimmers build confidence, achieve their goals and enjoy swimming for life.

If you’re enthusiastic, committed to doing things well and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
