Why to train the pool setting?
As much as some of us loves to freedive in the ocean, depth training can be overwhelming in terms of task load: managing equalization, propulsion technique, vertical orientation and breath work while staying relaxed is not easy. That’s why training in confined water is beneficial: during static sessions you can focus solely on relaxation and breath work, during dynamic session you can pay your full attention to finning or breast stroke technique. Practice makes perfection!
