Theo began her swimming journey at just six years old when she started swimming at school. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, leading her to compete in swimming throughout high school.

During her first year at university, she discovered a love for coaching and completed her first swimming qualification, followed by additional certifications. While completing her studies, she gained valuable experience coaching both children and adults.

After moving to Dubai three years ago, she has been coaching here from day one. She now specialises in babies, Learn to Swim and beginner adults, with a strong focus on water safety, creating a supportive learning environment and making every lesson fun and enjoyable.
