Growing up in Scotland, the swimming pool was always my favourite place, and my love of swimming began at an early age. After joining a swimming club and later working as a pool lifeguard, I discovered a real passion for teaching.

I moved to Dubai in 2006 to join Emirates cabin crew and, in 2016, decided to follow my passion for swimming and pursue a career in teaching. I have been teaching ever since and love helping swimmers of all ages develop their skills and confidence.

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing children progress, have fun and develop the confidence and essential water skills that will stay with them for life.
